Stefan Richter | Founder & Coach
Germany
I’m Stefan Richter, born in 1979 in the former GDR. Today, I live in Minden with my wife and our three children – it’s been our home since 2010.
With passion, I’ve been supporting and mentoring people since I was 18. Today, I’m a teacher, coach, trainer, and mentor – all by conviction. I love discovering potential in others, sometimes before they see it themselves, and helping them grow beyond their own expectations.
My vision is to empower people to become successful and influential leaders – both in their environment and in their own lives.
Over the past years, I’ve had the privilege of working with hundreds of people: young talents, team leaders, teachers, coaches, and executives. In workshops, mastermind groups, and one-on-one coaching – always with the goal of fostering clarity, connection, and impact.
What drives me?
I believe that good leadership begins with self-leadership. And that real growth happens when we invest in ourselves and in relationships – honestly, courageously, and with a servant heart.
I don’t work with templates – I work with genuine interest, based on values and real-world experience.
And when I’m not coaching people, facilitating groups, or developing materials, you’ll most likely find me spending time with my kids – usually doing sports or enjoying a good meal.
